Delete Your Account

The quickest way to delete your Chaser account is from the app itself:

1. Open Chaser and make sure you are signed in.
2. Tap the Settings (gear) icon at the top right of any main screen.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account (in the Danger Zone section on iPhone).
4. Confirm by tapping Delete.

You will be signed out and your account will be closed.

If you no longer have the app installed, email us from the email address linked to your Chaser account:

We use the sending address to confirm the account is yours. If you signed in with Apple and hid your email, include your Chaser @handle so we can find your account. We will confirm by email once your account has been deleted.

Within 30 days of your request, we delete your account and the data associated with it:

• Your profile, username, and home city
• Your credits, credit transactions, and purchase records
• Saved Card Assess results
• Your trade listings, trade photos, and chats
• Your wishlist
• Push notification tokens

• Minimal security and audit records (admin audit log entries, which may include an IP address) for up to 12 months, for fraud prevention and legal compliance.
• Usage and rate-limit logs for up to 90 days.
• Crash diagnostics, according to Firebase Crashlytics' retention period.

Information stored only on your phone, such as your scan history and "Potential Buy" list, is not held by us. Uninstall the app or clear its data to remove it.

• Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in Google Play (or the App Store) to stop future charges.
• Unused credits, including purchased credit packs, are lost when the account is deleted.
• Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
