Terms of Service

By using Chaser, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Chaser provides AI-powered Pokémon card scanning, pricing analysis, Card Assess buy/pass verdicts, the Chase Analyzer, Deal Scan (identifying and pricing every card in a shared photo), Collectr CSV import, collection prices, Pokémon and set price boards, a wishlist and a "Potential Buy" list, as well as a free peer-to-peer trade marketplace with chat.

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Chaser. Where local law requires a higher age or parental consent, you need a parent or guardian's consent.

• You must provide accurate information, including the username and home city you choose when you first sign in.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

• You may not share your account with others.

• You can delete your account at any time in the app or through our account deletion page.

• Free accounts receive a one-time grant of 20 credits at signup.

• Credits are consumed by AI features such as card scanning, Card Assess, Deal Scan, AI search, and Chase Analyzer runs. The cost of each action is shown in the app. Trade is free and never consumes credits.

• Pro and Elite subscriptions include a monthly credit allowance, as shown in the app when you subscribe. The allowance resets at the start of each monthly period and does not accumulate.

• Credit packs can be purchased on any plan. Purchased credits do not expire while your account exists.

• The Lifetime plan is no longer sold. Existing Lifetime holders keep their access.

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel them in Google Play (or the App Store, once available). Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription.

• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged. Purchases and credits are non-refundable, except where required by law or by Google Play's (or Apple's) refund policy.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application.

• Use automated tools to abuse or overload the API.

• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit our pricing data.

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

Trade listings, card photos, notes, asking prices, usernames and chat messages are content you create ("user content"). You keep ownership of your content and give us permission to store, display and process it so we can operate Chaser. You are responsible for your content and must have the right to post it.

You may not post or send content that:

• Is illegal or promotes illegal activity.

• Is a fraud or scam, or tries to mislead other users.

• Offers counterfeit, fake or proxy cards, or misrepresents a card's identity, condition, grade or authenticity.

• Harasses, threatens, bullies or impersonates anyone.

• Is hateful or discriminatory toward any person or group.

• Is sexual, sexually suggestive, or violent.

• Is spam, advertising, or unrelated to trading cards.

• Shares another person's personal data (such as phone numbers, addresses or photos) without their permission.

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You can report any listing or user and block anyone you do not want to hear from. Listings that receive 3 reports are hidden automatically while we review them. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules, without notice, and may report illegal activity to the authorities.

Chaser connects traders across the globe. Trades happen offline between users. Chaser is not a party to, and not responsible for, any trade, and does not handle payment or shipping between users. You are responsible for your own trades, including checking the cards, agreeing on price, payment and delivery, and following any laws that apply to you. Any dispute is between the users involved. Meet in public places.

Chaser provides card pricing estimates, AI grade assessments and AI verdicts (such as Card Assess and Chase Analyzer results) for informational purposes only. They are not financial or investment advice, and we do not guarantee accuracy. Prices fluctuate — always verify before making purchasing decisions. AI grade estimates are not official PSA grades.

All content, trademarks, and software in Chaser are the property of Aru AI Labs. Pokémon is a registered trademark of The Pokémon Company. We are not affiliated with The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Creatures Inc., or GAME FREAK inc.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or put other users at risk. You may stop using Chaser and delete your account at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aru AI Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Chaser, including but not limited to losses from purchasing decisions based on our pricing data or from trades between users.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Chaser after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
